In China, weekdays and weekend days are exchanged with each other. Yes, you heard it right. People in China also work on Saturdays and Sundays. If a holiday is on a working day, the government will make the coming weekend day a normal working day and people have to go to work on that day. Ching Ming Festival Holiday is another big day in the Chines calendar which is known as the sweeping day and ancestors day in English. On this day, the people of China goes to their ancestor’s graves and clean them. This falls from April 4th to April 6th, 2019.
Have you ever heard about the Dragon Boat Festival which is celebrated in China? This is a festival where people race against each other on boats which are structured as dragons.
